Anna Osborne is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University. Anna has worked as a Child and Adolescent therapist for a local agency, a Therapist at a Women’s Independent Outpatient Program focused on substance abuse and trauma, and as a Child Youth and Behavioral Military Family Life counselor. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Bi-Lateral Analysis and Stimulation Treatment (BLAST Technique ®). Anna has experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a broad spectrum of issues including trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, grief, and a variety of other mental health issues.
Anna is passionate about empowering people to make positive changes in their lives. She recognizes that people have the ability to change, but often lack the confidence or direction to do so. Anna does not believe there is a one-size fits all approach to therapy and strives to develop genuine connections so that therapeutic services are personalized to the needs of each client. Her goal is to provide an environment where people can explore the challenges they are facing and develop the tools that they need in order to live healthy and fulfilling lives.
Anna is also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate. She currently offers clinical supervision both in person and online.
